Aaron Chen is a well-known Australian comedian born in 1995 in Sydney, Australia. He began his journey in comedy during high school at North Sydney Boys High, and in 2012, at the age of 15, he won the Melbourne International Comedy Festival's "Class Clowns" competition, which kickstarted his career in stand-up comedy. He then performed in various pubs around Sydney. In 2014, Chen made an appearance at the Melbourne Comedy Festival's "Comedy Zone" section. In 2017, he gained recognition with his debut solo show, "The Infinite Faces Of Chenny Baby," which was well-received at the Melbourne and Sydney Comedy Festivals, earning him Best Newcomer awards at both events. He also caused some controversy by conducting an unconventional interview at a football game between Liverpool F.C. and Sydney F.C. His live show, "Aaron Chen Tonight," was broadcast on ABC Television. From 2021, Aaron Chen played the role of George, the assistant and receptionist, in Kitty Flanagan's ABC sitcom, "Fisk," and also appeared on the panel show "Patriot Brains." In 2022, he performed his show, "If It Weren't Filmed, Nobody Would Believe," at the Melbourne and Sydney Comedy Festivals, with a video of the show released on YouTube in September 2022.
